Château la Colombière – Fronton Vineyard Gite

To the west of Toulouse is the Fronton (31 Haute-Garonne, Occitanie) wine area, lesser-known but increasingly producing some excellent, book directcharacterful wines based around the local Negrette grape variety. Here Philippe and Diane Cauvin run one of the best local vineyards (Chateau la Colombière) and offer a self-catering cottage (Gite) in the heart of the vines!

This self-catering holiday cottage is in the grounds of the Château la Colombière, in the heart of the vineyard. It is in the South West of France, a short distance from Fronton, a small market town known for its wine, and in the vicinity of Toulouse, capital of the Midi Pyrenees. The setting is exceptionally calm and welcoming and its situation makes it an ideal starting point for those want to explore the region. The cottage has 4 spacious bedrooms, an entrance hall, a living room, a dining room and a library and it can accommodate up to 8 people. It is open all year round allowing you to appreciate our region in every season. At certain times of the year, accommodation can be limited to 2 bedrooms allowing a maximum of 4 people.

This cottage is well-appointed and comfortable yet retains many character details and is ideally situated for exploring the local vineyards, the fine city of Toulouse and the “france profond” that is South West France.
