The B&B François Bleger is a 17th-Century building in Saint-Hippolyte, surrounded by vineyards and with its own wine cellar, which guests can visit.

An Alsace wine B&B on a wine domaine  on the Alsace wine route at the foot of the Haut Königsberg mountain near the wine village of Ribeauvillé (68, Haut-Rhin, Grand Est): Domaine François Bléger.

Alsace is one of the prettiest wine regions of France, with timbered houses and hilly landscapes. The climate is surprisingly good climate – enjoying some of the lowest rainfall totals in France (only 400-500mm per year) and  a semi-continental climate, sunny, hot and dry.

The domaine offers comfortable en-suite bedrooms sleeping 1-4 people with shower/WC, TV, wifi and views over the vineyards or the domaine’s courtyard. Free wifiFree wifi is available. A generous breakfast is served!
The Domaine produces dry white. red and rosé wines, sparkling Crémant d’Alsace and late-harvest wines.

AC Crémant d’Alsace: The sparkling wine of the Alsace region is made mainly from Pinot Blanc, but also from Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Riesling and Chardonnay.
Vendanges Tardives/Sélection de Grains Nobles: Late-harvest/botrytised sweet wines, with intense, complex aromas, powerful structure and a long finish
