Although best known for its fruity ros\u00e9 wines, there are plenty of good rich reds and some good dry white wines produced in the area. The reds are based on Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon – i.e a mix of traditionally Rh\u00f4ne and Bordeaux grape varieties.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
