Wine growing at Fontenille dates from the early 17th century. More recently they began restructuring the Domaine in 2013 with the aim of restoring the Domaine to its original size: 85 acres of vines in one geographical area around the Domaine. Since 2014, the domaine has been undergoing conversion to organic standards and benefits from the latest wine making techniques in a new wine cellar with traditional architecture. The domaine produces Provence Red, White and Ros\u00e9 AOP<\/span> Luberon<\/strong> wines – the reds being from a blend of Syrah and Grenache.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
