The domaine is situated on the Montagne de Reims<\/em>, one of the prime production areas for Champagne, best known for black grapes and  the grand cru villages of Mailly<\/strong>, Verzenay<\/strong>, Verzy<\/strong>, Ambonnay<\/strong> and Bouzy<\/strong>.  Pinot Noir dominates and is grown on the slopes of the \u201cmountain\u201d. The Bonnet-Ponson Ros\u00e9 Champagne ia produced from a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Meunier and 25% Chardonnay. \u201cAfter a minimal ageing of 3 years in the cellars, vinous and spicy notes melt with very fleshy expression of Chamery\u2019s pinot noir.\u201d The Champagne Houses of Pommery and Veuve-Cliquot are just a few miles away!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
