Ashling Park vineyard<\/strong> is establishing itself as a producer of premium, award-winning English Sparkling wines – white and ros\u00e9. A small amount of still wines is also produced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The Blanc de Blancs has an elegant nose of fresh citrus, brioche and white flowers, leading to a palate of lime, marzipan, almond and toasty notes.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Great drive and focus \u2013 the minerality of the chalk terroir is very evident here. Very fine and elegant with a long complex finish.<\/em>“<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Self-catering accommodation is available in a selection of one or two bedroom lodges. sleeping up to 4 people:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each lodge, named to depict the cycle of the vineyard (i.e. Budburst, Flowering, Veraison, Harvest and Fall) is furnished with velvets and silks to reflect the colour of the season. Each lodge has a plethora of spoiling touches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ideal for a romantic stay for two, a getaway with friends or some fun days with the family. Once you\u2019ve explored the estate there\u2019s so much more to discover locally. Situated at the foot of Kingley Vale Nature Reserve and just a mile away from stunning coastal paths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
