Sussex wine estate Ashling Park is a 50 acre family-owned vineyard in the charming hamlet of West Ashling. Sussex. A small, yet delightful vineyard, with the rolling South Downs on the doorstep and the sea just minutes away.
Ashling Park vineyard is establishing itself as a producer of premium, award-winning English Sparkling wines – white and rosé. A small amount of still wines is also produced.
“The Blanc de Blancs has an elegant nose of fresh citrus, brioche and white flowers, leading to a palate of lime, marzipan, almond and toasty notes.
Great drive and focus – the minerality of the chalk terroir is very evident here. Very fine and elegant with a long complex finish.“

Each lodge, named to depict the cycle of the vineyard (i.e. Budburst, Flowering, Veraison, Harvest and Fall) is furnished with velvets and silks to reflect the colour of the season. Each lodge has a plethora of spoiling touches.
