Gaillac wines are very typical of Southwest France using local grape varieties (e.g. Braucol,Mauzac, Loin de L’oeil, Ondenc) to produce distinctive wines in a range of styles including light, quaffable reds, rich oaked reds, dry and off-dry whites, dessert wines and a the gently sparkling Gaillac Perlé – for more info see here.
