The Listrac-Médoc appellation, situated in the heart of the Médoc vineyards, has a special character. Situated high in the Médoc, at an altitutde of 43m, Pyreneen gravel outcrops are surrounded by limestone and clay-limestone soils. The Listrac region produces wines noted for their vigour, their finesse and their elegance. It is one of the youngest of the Bordeaux AOCs.
