Chateau Ciceron
The Chateau is part of the Domaines Auriol, a grouping of major wineries in the Languedoc.These Corbières wines are made from a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan.There are no barrels here; only fruit and spice.The wine is aromatic and fruity with supple tannins, flowing into ripe notes of garrigue herbs and cherries. The Chateau also produces white and rosé wines, and experiments with lesser seen grapes such as Albarino and Verdejo. Enjoy a wine tasting session with commentary on the wines of this Chateau. Corbieres is a rich and varied area for wines, blessed by then hot southern sun and rugged, often arid landscapes.
