The Château is in the Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux appellation on the right bank of the Garonne River. The combination of the terroir and the grape varieties used results in the production of a wide range of AOC wines (controlled designation of origin).

Chateau de Payre wines

The wines are certified Terra Vitis (sustainable agriculture since 2008) and Agriculture Biologique (since 2023). Crémant for the aperitif, dry white, rosé or fruity or woody reds , The Cuvée Reserve wine is made from older vines 25 years , 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc grapes. aged in new oak barrels.
