Hotel Abbaye de Sainte Croix

Hotel Abbaye de Sainte Croix is a an historic 12th Century abbey which has been converted into a 4-star hotel in the heart of Provence.
The building retains its Romanesque features and high ceilings and modern yet rustic decor. It offers a fine restaurant and marvellous views over the Provencal countryside  and Luberon hills from the spacious terrace.

Ideally situated not far from the A7 autoroute you can easily access the very Provencal towns of St-Remy-de Provence and Les Baux-de-Provence, whilst not much further distant are the cities of Avignon and Aix-en-Provence which are well worth visiting. Salon-de-Provence offers all the facilities of a mid-sized French town, just 35km away.

Mas Sainte Berthe Provence rose

he wines here are distinctly Provencal, mainly within the appellations of Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence and Les Baux-de-Provence. Although best known for its fruity rosé wines, there are plenty of good rich reds and some good dry white wines produced in the area. The reds are based on Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon – i.e a mix of traditionally Rhône and Bordeaux grape varieties.
